This goes to show, the worst home price declines are behind us, and they’re rising again nationally. Looking at last year in the housing market, we can split it into two parts. In the first half of 2022, home prices shot up like crazy. Then, when summer rolled around, there was a bit of a dip as prices corrected from the sky-high peaks we saw early that year. And, by around September, things started leveling out. And now they’re climbing again, and they have been for months.
